About Us
Patrick Oliverio is currently pursuing his doctorate in music and is a graduate teaching assistant at Michigan State University. He is second trumpet with the faculty ensemble, the Beaumont Brass Quintet. Patrick currently plays repiano cornet with the Fountain City Brass Band and has performed with ensembles such as the Detroit Symphony, the Alabama Symphony, the Kansas City Symphony, the Kinnor Philharmonic, and the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas. He is also on the visionary panel and on staff with the National Youth Brass Band of America. In 2017, he won first place in the graduate division of the National Trumpet Competition in Boulder, CO. Prior to attending Michigan State University, Patrick earned a MM in Trumpet Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance and a BM in Trumpet Performance from the University of Arkansas.
The Patrick’s interest in all things IT propelled him into providing services to the musical community. The pandemic catapulted the demand for virtual ensembles, virtual services, and the like. Thus, Oliverio Studios was born.
